As part of the Central Cardiff Regeneration Project, high quality office space was needed on a former unloved bus interchange site outside the main line train station. The first part of the scheme provided one million sq ft of new office, retail and residential space and a huge boost for the economy of Wales’ capital city.
Phase one of the scheme in 2017 was Capital One, a nine-storey office block, each floor designed with large washrooms suiting a variety of users and mirroring the modern design of the building’s exterior.
